Anthony is a great trainer! He does a great job of keeping you motivated all week long with motivational texts throughout the week and weekly recipes. I love the fact that these high intensity workouts are short and sweet. I don’t have to spend hours at the gym to get a great workout. I highly recommend giving it a try!
